Part-Time Associate Opportunity – Downtown Portland
Bridgeview Dental Associates, LLC has an opportunity for a part-time Associate Dentist on Thursdays and Fridays starting July 7th when our current associate moves to Michigan with her family. If you are a dentist who values caring for patients and building rapport within a team environment, we would love to hear talk with you! The right candidate is passionate about caring for patients, values working cohesively with a team, enjoys building relationships with patients and has a minimum of two years previous chairside experience. Working experience in both oral surgery and endodontics is a plus! There is the possibility of adding a 3rd day in the near future.
Bridgeview is a private, fee-for service, 2-Dr practice in downtown Portland that serves about 40 patients per day and 25-30 new patients per month. Our office is located downtown across the street from the new Ritz Carlton and adjacent to the Sentinel and Moxy hotels. We see patients at Bridgeview Dental Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. The schedule for our associate dentist will be Thursday and Friday, with some minor flexibility for pre-planned vacation coverage.
In addition to a positive and fun work environment, we can offer the right person competitive pay including commission-based salary based on gross production and a daily minimum guarantee. We also offer a 401k retirement plan with a 100% pension match up to 6% of gross salary and an additional discretionary 4% contribution of gross salary at year end. Bridgeview offers paid parking our building garage or Tri-met/Max pass. All dental care is provided to team members and household family members minus lab fees. Paid vacation time is accrued after one year of service. Team members who work 3 days per week or more are eligible for company-paid medical, vision and RX coverage.
