Oakmont Family Dental is a growing, locally owned, multi-doctor practice with locations in Eugene and Springfield, OR. The practice was established in 2007 and has grown from a 1.5 doctor clinic to a 6 doctor clinic by prioritizing excellent patient care. The facilities include top of the line equipment and materials, including CEREC, Invisalign, CBCT, Itero, etc. Every dentist is given autonomy to practice as they see fit and are encouraged to improve and expand their abilities. The practice is seeking to expand its amazing team by adding more customer service oriented doctors that have excellent work ethic and training, and are looking to make a career out of their next position. Oakmont compensates its associates at 30% of production with a $120,000 guaranteed base pay and potential to earn a significant amount more as the current associates all make from $200,000 to $325,000. It also offers great benefits, including 401k matching, health insurance, professional liability insurance, country club initiation fee, Gordon Christiansen study club and other CE. The office was voted “Best of Eugene” in the dentist category for multiple years in a row.
