Associateship Opportunity – Mid Willamette Valley
This busy practice in the heart of the Willamette Valley is seeking a qualified, long-term associate to add to its team. The position is flexible, with the opportunity to be part or full time (2-4 days/week). Candidates must have proficiency in basic endo, surgery, and CEREC, and have people skills, gentle confidence, and a warm heart. New graduates are welcome to apply. The clinic has an established patient base with an average of 35 new patients per month, leaving potential for a new doctor to cultivate his/her practice in the community. Compensation will be 30% of adjusted production or $650/day minimum. The owner will pay lab fees. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401k + matching. The practice does not take medicaid and does not operate on weekends.
